4. Token System and Purchases

- Tokens are purchased through our platform

- Unused tokens do not expire
- Tokens are non-refundable except as required by law

6. Content Ownership and License
Your Content: You retain all rights to the resume content you create or upload. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
AI-Generated Content: Content generated or enhanced by our AI tools is provided for your use. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before use.
Our Content: The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Resume AI Studio and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information, but cannot guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge that you provide personal information at your own risk.
8. AI Services Disclaimer
Our AI-powered features are provided as tools to assist in resume creation and optimization. We make no guarantees about:
- The accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content
- The effectiveness of resumes created using our Service
- Employment outcomes or job placement success
- The AI's interpretation of job requirements or matching accuracy
You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before using it in job applications.
9. Third-Party Services
Our Service integrates with third-party services including OpenAI for AI features, Supabase for authentication and storage, and Stripe for payment processing. Your use of these integrated services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RESUME AI STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
11. Indemnification
